About Me:

I work as a qualified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach (at Wild Way Strength & Function, Galway), and mental performance consultant (at The Space In Between - Mental Performance Consulting).

I am passionate about all things health and fitness and I believe that fitness is an area in which each and every one of us can make progress in, regardless of starting point, equipment, time, or other challenges that we may face.

My background in sport, fitness, and psychology allow me to provide a holistic approach to my work with clients - be that athletes or individuals from any walk of life - looking to improve their performances and overall life through strength training.

My Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning - Setanta College.

  • B.Sc Physical Education & Gaeilge - University of Limerick.

  • M.A Sport & Exercise Psychology - Minnesota State University, Mankato.

  • Certified Mental Performance Consultant® administered by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).

  • Trained Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement Instructor.

My Performance Experience:

  • Senior Doubles 40x20 All-Ireland in 2024 (GAA Handball).

  • Senior 40x20 All-Ireland Champion in 2023 (GAA Handball). 

  • Senior 1-wall National Champion in 2019 (GAA Handball).

  • Tour De Connemara in 2023 (80km bike race).

  • Marathoner (x2). 

  • Past inter-county Gaelic Football and Camogie player (from underage to Senior level).

  • Competing in crossfit competitions in Ireland.
