What’s Included:

Personalised Strength & Conditioning programme

  • A programme made for you, your abilities, your limitations, and goals (home workouts or gym-based depending on what is accessible)

  • Videos and cues to perform each movement correctly.

  • Weekly updates to your programme. These updates will be based on the previous week’s performance.

  • Personalised feedback and guidance based on your form / technique for each exercise in your programme (this is done via an app that we will use to provide you with your programme).

Accountability

  • Monthly 1-1 calls with me to discuss your training, the wins, and the challenges.

  • Weekly check-ins via google forms to allow you to reflect on your week, set targets for the coming week, and give me insight into your training.

  • Access to me daily via WhatsApp to celebrate your wins and enable you in overcoming challenges along the way.
