What’s Included:
Personalised Strength & Conditioning programme
A programme made for you, your abilities, your limitations, your goals, and your sport (home workouts or gym-based depending on what is accessible).
Videos and cues to perform each movement correctly.
Weekly updates to your programme. These updates will be based on the previous week’s performance.
Personalised feedback and guidance based on your form / technique for each exercise in your programme (this is done via an app that we will use to provide you with your programme).
Mindset Coaching
Getting a workout and nutrition plan is one thing, but following through on this behaviour change is another.
As a certified mental performance consultant, I will work with you to identify and develop your mental tools and skills such as goal setting to find focus, self-talk to build confidence, mindfulness to manage stress, and much more.
During our bi-weekly calls, I will provide you with actionable tools that will allow you to progress both physically and mentally from week to week.
Accountability
1-1 calls with me bi-weekly to discuss your training, nutrition, the wins, and the challenges.
Develop a growth mindset along with mental skills such as confidence, focus, discipline, resilience, mindfulness and more.
Access to me daily via WhatsApp to celebrate your wins and enable you in overcoming challenges along the way.
Nutrition Guidance
Guidance in matching your nutritional intake to your performance goals.
Advice in regards to fueling for performance and recovery on training days, on game-day and during competitions.
Build awareness around your current nutritional intake and make adjustments that work for you.
Assistance with recipes that will work for you.
* I am not a nutritionist or dietician, so we will discuss general nutrition advice that will allow you to reach your performance goals.
Personalised Handball Training Plan
Training sessions planned for you and your goals. These sessions will include drills to work on technical aspects of the games, footwork, agility, and game-play.
Personalised feedback regarding your technique and skill-work, with weekly adjustments to your training to allow you to improve.
Bi-weekly 1-1 calls to discuss your training and performances, and prepare you for the mental demands of the sport.
