In my experience, I have learned that being healthy and active is not just as simple as getting a programme and going to the gym. I mean if it were that simple, we would all be doing it, right?

Together, we will take an holistic approach to your lifestyle by equipping you with a programme made for you, nutrition advice to allow you to reach your goals, and mental skills to overcome challenges along the way.

What’s Included:

Personalised Strength & Conditioning programme

  • A programme made for you, your abilities, your limitations, and goals (home workouts or gym-based depending on what is accessible)

  • Videos and cues to perform each movement correctly.

  • Weekly updates to your programme. These updates will be based on the previous week’s performance.

  • Personalised feedback and guidance based on your form / technique for each exercise in your programme (this is done via an app that we will use to provide you with your programme).

Mindset Coaching

  • Getting a workout and nutrition plan is one thing, but following through on this behaviour change is another.

  • As a certified mental performance consultant, I will work with you to identify and develop your mental tools and skills such as goal setting to find focus, self-talk to build confidence, mindfulness to manage stress, and much more.

  • During our bi-weekly calls, I will provide you with actionable tools that will allow you to progress both physically and mentally from week to week.

Nutrition Guidance

  • Guidance in matching your nutritional intake to your goals.

  • Bi-weekly calls to enable you to step away from ‘diets’ and move towards making informed choices about your nutrition.

  • Build awareness around your current nutritional intake and make adjustments that work for you.

  • Assistance with recipes that will work for you.

* I am not a nutritionist or dietician, so we will discuss general nutrition advice that will allow you to reach your fitness goals.

Accountability

  • Bi-weekly 1-1 calls with me to discuss your training, nutrition, the wins, and the challenges.

  • Weekly check-ins via google forms to allow you to reflect on your week, set targets for the coming week, and to give me insight into your training.

  • Access to me daily via WhatsApp to celebrate your wins and enable you in overcoming challenges along the way.
